A Healthy Treat for a Sweet Tooth
I’m always on a lookout for relatively healthy desserts. Something that soothes the craving for something sweet after a meal, but doesn’t make you feel like you overdosed on sugar and butter. Not to say that that’s bad on occasion, but maybe isn’t best to indulge in all the time. My hubby has been known to give me a hard time for my healthy desserts, but he never snubs his nose at Chia Pudding.
I came across a Chia Pudding recipe a couple years ago. It was easy, tasty and definitely fits in the relatively healthy dessert box. But while good, the recipe was a little boring and the consistency wasn’t quite what I was hoping for.
