This week’s Weekend Edition is short and sweet. It’s a reminder that no matter what, you’ve got this. You’ve got the strength, the wisdom, the power. Whatever you’re working towards right now, take it one step at a time. You’ve got this.
Visualization can help. When we get to those moments when everything feels impossible, it helps to visualize—and feel from the the inside out—yourself overcoming the adversity.

Also, please remember that there’s nothing wrong with reaching out for help. If part of “you got this,” means asking for support—then ask. It takes A LOT of strength to ask for help. It doesn’t mean you’re weak or can’t do it. It just means you might need a few more tools to help guide you along the way. Use those tools. Friends, family, professionals. Reach out if you need/want it.
